2. Products
I do my best to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible so you know exactly what to expect. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. All items are handmade or carefully selected, and availability may vary.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that it has been received. This confirmation doesn’t mean the order has been accepted just yet — it simply lets you know everything has come through safely. I may need to cancel or refuse an order if: • the product is unavailable • there is an error in pricing or product information • there are concerns about fraudulent activity If an order ever needs to be cancelled, you will be refunded in full straight away.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). I use trusted and secure payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe to keep your details safe. Your full card information is never stored by Wains Wear.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier, and delays outside my control can occasionally happen — but I’ll always do my best to help if you have any concerns.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, please refer to the full Returns Policy on this website. Standard items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition unless they arrive faulty. Bespoke or made‑to‑order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty, as they are created especially for you. If anything ever arrives not quite right, please contact me — I’ll always do my best to help.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, branding, and product descriptions on the Wains Wear website belong to Wains Wear. Please don’t copy or use any content without permission — thank you for respecting the work that goes into creating it.
8. Limitation of Liability
I always want you to be happy with your experience at Wains Wear, but there are a few things I can’t be held responsible for. These include: • losses caused by incorrect use of products • delays or issues caused by third‑party couriers • any indirect or consequential losses Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Privacy
