Returns for Standard Items
If you’ve ordered a standard, non‑bespoke item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
All I ask is that the item is:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in its original condition
Once your return arrives safely back with me, I’ll process your refund promptly.
Bespoke & Made‑to‑Order Pieces
Bespoke pieces are created especially for you, with your little one in mind. Because of this, they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If anything is ever wrong, please reach out — I will always do my very best to make things right.
